Have questions about Triathlons and the Guelph Triathlon Group? Thinking about racing in a tri-a-tri or triathlon in 2009?

Join us on Sunday, January 11th for a Triathlon Seminar – 1:00 pm at the West End Recreation Center (close to the hockey rinks). The seminar is designed to answer FAQ’s about prepariing for triathlons, equipment, rules and what to do on race day. There is no cost for this seminar – ask away!
